Nope... Otherwise, everyone may claim that they are telling the truth even if its the opposite!

John 18:33 Then Pilate entered the Praetorium again, called Jesus, and said to Him, “Are You the King of the Jews?”
34 Jesus answered him, “Are you speaking for yourself about this, or did others tell you this concerning Me?”
35 Pilate answered, “Am I a Jew? Your own nation and the chief priests have delivered You to me. What have You done?”
36 Jesus answered, “My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I should not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here.”

John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me."

Is truth relative? It is relative to our relationship with Jesus Christ. Truth is the person of Christ Jesus. It may be said that our knowledge of the truth could measured by our knowledge of Jesus. If we don't know Him, we don't know the truth. If we know of Him, we know of the truth and if we know Him, we know the truth. The more we know Him the more His truth is revealed to us, in us and through us.

I don't think Truth is relative, but our perceptions of Truth can be.
